Returns Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin the return process, you first need to email us at returns@doginabox.co.uk. Your email needs to include your order number, full name, delivery postcode and reason for return.

We may ask you for photos of the item and/or exterior packaging showing the original shipping label, if your item is damaged or missing please make sure that you do not dispose of any postal/product packaging or items until you have heard back from us.

You will then receive a response (usually within 48 working hours) that will contain a Returns Authorization Code and a Returns Packing Slip, you can also download the Returns Packing Slip here.

You then need to fill in the Returns Packing Slip, cut off the address label at the bottom of the page and attach it to the shipping box, then ship it back to us using the shipping method advised over email from ourselves.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order your order because you have changed your mind or no longer require your order, you must let us know in writing as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel it, and you will have to return your items using our returns guide stated above. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
